Order Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are not permitted.

Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, it is considered binding and cannot be canceled. This is to maintain fairness to our suppliers and operational partners and to ensure smooth order processing.

Returns Policy

  • Customers are required to inspect their items immediately upon receipt.
  • Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
  • The item is in its original condition with all tags, packaging, gifts, and proof of purchase.
  • The return request is made on the same day of pickup or delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Unauthorized returns without prior communication and approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • You must notify us immediately upon receipt.
  • Claims made after the day of pickup or delivery will not be honoured.
  • Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a solution at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gift items
  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

Exchanges are only permitted in exceptional cases and are subject to:

  • Approval by MBZ Mall.
  • Payment of an exchange fee.
  • The return of the original item in its unused, original condition.
  • A new order must be placed for the replacement product.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued under the following condition:

  • When MBZ Mall is unable to fulfill or supply the item purchased due to unavailability.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after confirmation of the issue.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees, handling fees, and other charges are non refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, delayed pickup, or customer-related reasons.

Order Fulfillment & Delivery Policy

Processing Time:

To ensure accurate order fulfillment and quality service, we operate on a 1-3 Business Days Processing Timeline for all orders. This allows us time to consolidate products sourced from both our warehouse and third-party suppliers.

Pickup & Delivery Options:

Once your order is processed (within 1-3 business days), you have the following options:

  1. Self-Pickup(In-person Pick-up):

You can pick up your order directly from any of our designated pickup locations in Lagos once you receive the “Ready for Pickup” notification.

  1. Shipping by Our Logistics Partner:

For proper handling, efficiency, security and effective communication during and after the delivery process, we are working closely with trusted logistics partner for uptight monitoring, and to ensure customer’s satisfaction.

Please Note: all locations in Lagos and all over Nigeria are tagged with their delivery fees respectively.

Those outside Lagos will be contacted by our “Fulfilling Centre” to indicate the nearest possible pick-up location for their goods, while we considered this as best practise for the meantime, we are currently working with our Logistics Partner to deploy a seamless approach to Nation-wide delivery.

  • We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup or dispatch.
